摘　　要：标准GB14711-2006第7.10条电机绝缘结构评定规定中关于电机绝缘变更和绝缘组分替代试验,将于2009年3月开始实施,绝缘结构组成替代规程采用密封管试验来完成。作者以多次成功的试验经验,从设备、流程、注意事项以及试验结果评定等方面阐述了试验心得,希望对以后开展该试验的相关人员有所帮助。The standard GBl4711-2006 clause 7.10 that the insulation systems for rotating electrical machines was evaluated. The requirement of insulation systems change and substitute will come into effect March,2009. The evaluation would be accomplished using Gland test. According to the requirement of standard GB/T17948.2- 2006,the equipment, process and matters needing attention during proceeding as well as results of gland test were described. The experiences of accomplishing the test was introduced to help the followers.
