摘 要:综合考虑管网水力特性与末端空调设备热力特性,针对特定的调节时段,定义了热力稳定性并给出其评价指标.针对某变流量空调水系统,仿真研究了某主动支路调节阀动作行程周期内,水泵不控、定压差控制及变压差设定值控制下各被动支路水力及热力特性的动态变化情况,以热力稳定性与水泵节能效果为参考,评价各控制策略的可行性.仿真结果表明,变压差设定值控制策略节能效果明显,但设定值的变化步长应兼顾热力稳定性进行选取.According to hydraulic characteristics of HVAC water system network and thermodynamic characteristics of HVAC terminals,thermodynamic stability was defined and its evaluation criterion was presented in specific regulation period. The hydraulic and thermodynamic profiles of passive branches in the variable water flow system were studied under the simulation condition that the active branch regulating values were in full position distance without pump control ,fixed differential pressure (DP) setpoint control or variable DP setpoint control. Finally the feasibility of such control strategies were evaluated based on thermodynamic stability and energy saving potential. Results show that variable DP setpoint control has better energy saving potential ;meanwhile,the regulated quantity of DP setpoint should be carefully selected to achieve a satisfactory thermodynamic stability.
