摘　　要：应用聚乙二醇（ＰＥＧ６０００）沉淀法浓缩粗提鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）细胞毒，经毒价和紫外光ＯＤ值测定，浓缩病毒的毒价较浓缩前平均提高１个滴度；浓缩液中病毒含量及纯度是浓缩前的６倍以上。浓缩病毒与ＩＢＤ阳性血清和ＩＢＤ高免卵黄抗体ＩｇＹ琼扩反应呈弱阳性。加氯仿离心去除细胞杂蛋白后用ＰＥＧ沉淀ＩＢＤＶ细胞毒的方法，简便可行。Infectious Bursal Disease cell culture-adapted virus(IBDCV)was preliminarily concentrated and purified through the precipitation procedure with polyethylene glycol-6000(PEG-6000).The concentrated virus had one titer(TCID 50 )higher than the original virus,and the amount and purity of the viruses in the concentrated solution were more than six times as much as that in the original culture.A weak precipitin line was observed between the concentrated virus and the IBD positive serum or IBD egg york antibody Igy in the AGP test.It was a simple and usable way to remove partially the celluar proteins by adding chloroform into the virus culture and centrifuging at 3000 rpm for 30 minutes before the precipitation of IBDCV with PEG-6000.
