摘　　要：目的了解双休日试行免挂号费的周门诊量变化情况,为加强门诊管理提供依据。方法对医院信息系统数据库中的2007年1月～8月与2006年1月～8月门诊量、门诊收入、入院人数数情况按周进行分类统计,并通过走访医师、导医、挂号员、病人了解情况。结果某医院双休日实行免挂号费后门诊量增长明显,但存在虚高现象,原因也比较多。结论双休日免挂号费政策深受群众欢迎,但要高度重视免费号所带来的门诊量虚高现象,改进双休日免挂号费的管理制度,加强监管。Certain hospital implemented the policy of registration for free in two - day weekend, which was popular in populations. Doing comprehensive analysis for classified statistics of outpatient visits, outpatient income, inpatient number per week and by visiting doctors, hospital guides, registrar and patients to know the situation, we found outpatient visits and income increased significantly after implementation of registration for free in two - day weekend by this hospital, but at the same time, there was false high phenomenon of outpatient visits with a lot of reasons. We suggest that haspitals should pay high attention to false high phenomenon of outpatient visits, improving the policy of registration for free in two - day weekend, enhancing supervision for all links of outpatient, reforming the calculation method of outpatient visits and workload of outpatients doctors after implementation of registration for free to further standardize management of outpatient. To understand the changes and reasons of outpatient visits per week after implementation of registration for free in two - day weekend to facihtate enhancing management of outpatient by hospitals through applying measures in time. Method By using Powerbuilder and excel to do statistical analysis for outpatient visits, outpatient income, inpatient number per week between January, 2007 and August, 2007 and between January, 2006 and August, 2006 of data base of hospital information system. Furthermore, we investigate the reasons by visiting doctors, hospital guides, registrar and patients. Result Through comprehensive analysis, we found outpatient visits and income increased significantly after implementation of registration for free in two - day weekend by this hospital, but at the same time, there was false high phenomenon of outpatient visits with a lot of reasons.
