摘  要:目的探讨生物共振系统对药物过敏原的诊断价值。方法用BICOM2000生物共振系统对药物过敏组和对照组进行药物过敏原检测,同时部分对象与点刺试验对比,采用诊断试验评价方法分析检测结果。结果生物共振系统检测药物过敏原的灵敏度为92.65%、特异度为88.73%、准确度为89.67%,与点刺试验相比阳性检出率高,差异有显著性(x^2=5.14,P〈0.05),两种方法有高度相关性(x^2=66.32,P〈0.05,r=0.8614)。结论生物共振系统是一种安全、出结果快、敏感性高的体外诊断药物过敏原的方法。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of bioresonance therapy system in patients with drug allergy. Methods The BICOM2000 bioresonance therapy system was applied to detect allergens in drug allergy group and control group, meanwhile the skin prick test was applied to detect antigens in part of them as control. The clinical significance of bioresonance therapy system for drug allergy was evaluated by the means of diagnostic test. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of bioresonance therapy system were 92. 65 %, 88. 73% and 89. 67% respectively in the diagnosis of drug allergy. There was a significant difference (x^2 = 5. 14 ,P 〈 0. 05 )between bioresonance therapy system and skin prick test in the diagnosis of drug allergy, the former was better than the latter in the positive detection rate. The correlation coefficients indicated an advanced positive correlation(x^2 = 66. 32,P 〈 0. 05, r = 0. 8614) between the two procedures. Conclusion The bioresonance therapy system is a valuable ,fast and safe method in vitro diagnosis for drug allergy.
