摘 要:目的探讨临床血氧饱和度监测的影响因素。方法随意抽取本院于2008年1月至11月收治的100名胸外科危重患者,分别监测其左、右手的大拇指、食指、中指、无名指、小指及左、右脚大拇趾的血氧饱和度,并同时监测输液的手与未输液的手的血氧饱和度。结果同一手不同手指对氧饱和度监测没有影响;左、右手指对氧饱和度监测没有影响;手指与足趾对氧饱和度监测没有影响;输液的手与未输液的手对氧饱和度监测没有影响。结论不同的部位探测对氧饱和度监测没有影响。Objective To investigate the influential factor of monitoring saturation of blood oxygen. Methods 100 cases' saturation of blood oxygen were monitored through their thumb, forefinger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger of right and left hand ; as well as hallux of right and left foot. At the same time, their saturatfon of blood oxygen were monitored through middle finger of transfused hand and no-transfused hand. Resuits There wasn' t influence in monitoring saturation of blood oxygen through different finger and toe, and no influence between monitoring saturation of blood oxygen through transfused hand and no-transfused hand. Conclusion There wasn' t influence in monitoring saturation of blood oxygen through different position.
