多层螺旋CT肾动脉血管成像的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT肾动脉血管成像（CTA）的应用价值。方法46例患者行64排螺旋CT肾动脉CTA，将原始图像传至工作站，对肾动脉进行三维血管重建。结果MCTA能清晰显示肾动脉主干及各级分支。46例中，23例正常肾动脉，13例肾动脉狭窄，其中2例两侧肾动脉狭窄，5例肾动脉钙化。2例。肾动脉瘤，8例副肾动脉。结论MCTA是肾动脉无创血管成像最好方法之一，对肾动脉病变显示具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in renal arteries. Methods 46 cases were examined by 64-Slice spiral CT Angiography. After scanning, all data were sent to work station, and three dimensional reconstruction of the blood vessels were performed. Results MSCTA showed main renal arteries and branches. In the 46 cases, MSCTA diagnosed 23 normal renal arteries, 13 renal arterial stenosis ,2 double renal arterial stenosis ,2 renal aneurysm, and 8 accessory renal arteries. In 13 renal arterial stenosis,there were 2 double renal arterial stenosis and 5 calcified renal arteries. Conclusion MSCTA was one of the best ways of atraumatic angiographies in renal arteries, MSCTA plays an important role in clinical application of renal arterial disease.
