摘  要:目的观察在电子咽喉镜下经咽鼓管途径注入地塞米松治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法将13例经常规治疗方法无效或早期未经治疗的突发性聋患者,采用在电子咽喉镜下经咽鼓管鼓室注入地塞米松治疗,观察听力和耳鸣改变等情况。结果13例患者于治疗结束后一周复查纯音电测听,痊愈1例;显效3例,受损频率听阈平均提高32 dB;有效3例,受损频率听阈平均提高18 dB;无效6例;总有效率为53.8%(7/13)。13例患者中有5例耳鸣症状得到较明显改善,有效率为38.5%。结论在电子咽喉镜下经鼓室注入地塞米松能提高突发性聋的治疗效果,且比其他给药途径更直观,操作更方便,创伤更小,禁忌症和并发症较少等优点,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the electron under the laryngoscope to give the dexamethasone after the eustachian tube way the treatment burst characteristics deaf curative effect. Methods 13 cases after convention method of treatment invalid or early time without treatment sudden hearing loss patient, uses in the electron under the laryngoscope after the eustachian tube drum room injection dexamethasone treatment, observed change of hearing and tinnitus , etc. Results 13 cases patients had finished after the treatment one week reexamination pure tone electrical measurement listens, 1 cases were curd; 3 cases were improved, suffers injury the frequency audibility threshold to enhance 32 dB equally; The effective in 3 cases, suffer injury the frequency audibility threshold to enhance 18 dB equally; Invalid 6 cases; The total effectiveness is 53. 8% (7/13). in 13 cases patients has 5 cases tinnitus symptom to obtain improves obviously, effectiveness is 38. 5%. Conclusion In the electronic under the laryngoscope to give the dexamethasone after the eustachian tube way can enhance the treatment of sudden deafness effect, and route of administration than the other more intuitive, easier operation, less trauma, contraindications and complications are few and so on merits, Is worth promoting the application.
