八正合剂中车前子浸渍提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选八正合剂中车前子浸渍提取工艺参数。方法以出膏率和总黄酮含量为指标进行综合评分,采用均匀设计法对工艺参数进行优化。结果车前子浸渍工艺的最佳参数为:以25%乙醇为浸渍溶媒,在60℃下浸渍2次,溶媒用量第一次为5.5倍,第二次为4倍量,每次48 h。结论建立的车前子浸渍提取工艺稳定、可行,适合放大生产。Objective To find out the optimum parameters of macerate extraction from the Semen Plantaginis. Method Used the Uniform Design method, investigated the effects of the ratio of extracted cream and the content of total flavones. Result The optimum condition was obtained： setted the duration temperature at 60℃ , added 5.5 folds of 25% ethanol in volume for the first time, added 4 folds for the second time, 48 hours in duration for each time. Conclusion The extraction process shows stabilization and feasibility, can he available for industrial production at large scale.
