阿德福韦酯联合干扰素对乙肝标志物影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗病毒药物联合应用对乙肝标志物的作用。方法将45例乙肝"大三阳"、HBV DNA阳性患者随机分为3组,A组15例应用阿德福韦酯联合干扰素;B组15例单用干扰素;C组不用抗病毒药物仅用一般护肝治疗作用对照,疗程均为180 d。结果HBeAg阴转率A组达73.30%、B组46.70%、C组为0%;HBV DNA阴转率(<103Cop ies/m l)A组达73.30%、B组53.30%、C组为0%。结论乙肝病毒体内复制指标不用抗病毒药物短期内无变化;单用干扰素抗病毒治疗仅半数标志物变化;而应用干扰素联合阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗可使乙肝标志物近2/3发生变化,短期内复制指标受到明显抑制,未发现明显毒副作用。表明以上二药联合抗病毒不仅能提高疗效而且能缩短疗程,不失为抗病毒较为理想的疗法。Objective To investigate the influence of Combining use of Anti-virus drugs on Hepatitis B Markers. Methods 45 Cases Patients with Hepatitis B ＂Large three Positive＂, HBV-DNA Positive were divided into three groups by random. A group：15 cases,they used Adefovir Dipivoxil and α-IFN; B group; 15 cases, they only usedo α-IFN; C group： they didn＇t used any anti-Virus drugs, Only used common Liver-protecting therapy as control, the treatment course was 180 days. Results HBeAg negative-convertlng rate reached 73.3% in A group; 46. 70% in B group; 0% in C group respectively. HBV-DNA negative-converting rate reached 73.3% in A group; 53.3% in B group; 0% in C group respectively. Conclusion Reproduction markers of Hepatitis B Virus were not changeable in short time while not being used anti-Virus drugs; only half markers were changeable while only being usedα-IFN as anti-virus therapy; nearly two-thirds Hepatits B markes were changeable while being usedα-IFN and Adefovir Dipivoxil as anti-virus therapy, Reproduction Markers in short time were obviously inhibited, We Could not find obvious Side-effects and toxic effects. It showed that Combined use of the two drugs as anti-virus therapy Could not only improve the treatment efficency ; but also shorten the treatment Course. It has proved that the method Was ideal as anti-virus therapy.
