摘　　要：目的分析门诊药房退药处方,探讨处理方法和预防措施。方法统计门诊退药处方72份,进行退药原因分析。结果在退药原因中,药物不良反应(ADR)占38.89%,电脑录错占18.05%,患者拒绝使用占19.44%,不合理用药占11.11%,病情变化占4.16%。结论采取有效的预防措施可有效减少退药的发生率。Objective To analyse the out-patient pharmacy prescription drug withdrawal, and to explore ways to deal with preventive measures. Methods Statistics the out-patient prescription drug withdrawal 72 copies , retreat for analysing the reason. Results Adverse drug reactions （ADR） accounted for 38.89%, the computers error recorded in a wrong way accounted for 18.05% ,patients rejecting the use of drugs accounted for 19.44%, irrational drug useing accounted for 11.11%. accounting for changes in condition 4. 16%. Conclusion take effective preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of drug withdrawal.
