摘  要:】应用双向电泳技术,研究了水稻与白叶枯病菌互作过程中水稻叶片可溶性蛋白质的变化。结果表明,在不亲和互作中,4种多肽诱导产生,9种增强,1种减弱。其中,e,β,b,c,Ⅱ,a6种多肽的变化分别出现在2种组合类型的不亲和互作中。在亲和互作中,7种多肽增强,1种诱导产生。其中,b,c,c′,Ⅱ,a5种多肽的变化分别出现在2种组合类型的亲和互作中。7种多肽在亲和与不亲和互作中变化一致。其中,b,c,Ⅱ,a4种多肽分别出现在2种组合类型中,在水稻与白叶枯病菌互作中可能具有普遍意义。多肽c′在成株期IR26与JXOⅢ亲和互作中增强,多肽F在苗期IR26与XooM5203亲和互作中增强。这2种多肽在对应的不亲和互作中未见变化。在不亲和互作中,i,i,ii,iv4种多肽诱导产生,C,e,β3种多肽增强,这7种多肽的变化在对应的亲和互作中未见变化,但其中e,i2种多肽在其它组合类型的亲和互作中的变化一致。i,ii,iv3种多肽可能与抗病性有关,但在其它3个组合类型中未见这种变化。试验中未发现4种组合类型中一致变化的多肽。By two dimensional PAGE technique, changes in soluble proteins in rice leaves were studied in the interaction between rice plants and bacterial blight ( Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) of 4 combinations involving 2 Xoo strains, one mutant and 2 seedling and adult rice cultivars. In the incompatible interaction between rice and Xoo 13 polypeptides showed significant changes, of which 4 new polypeptides were detected. 9 increased in intensity and 1 decreased in intensity. The polypeptides e,β,b,c,Ⅱ and a showed changes in both combinations. In the compatible interaction, 8 polypeptides showed changes, of which 7 increased in intensity and 1 new polypeptide appeared. The polypeptides b,c,Ⅱ and a had intensified bands in both combinations. They may be of universal significance in the interaction between rice and Xoo. The polypeptide c ′ increased in intensity only in the combination between IR26 and Xoo M5203. Seven polypeptides changed only in the incompatible interaction between seedling IR26 and JXOⅤ and not in compatible interactions of the same combination. Polypeptides ii, iii and iv seemed to be related to disease resistance of rice plants. But this change did not occur in the incompatible interactions of the other 3 combinations. No polypeptide showed the same change in all the 4 combinations.
