Two New Species of the Genus Funkikonia Kato and a New Allied Genus (Homoptera:Cicadellidae:Ledrinae)

摘　　要：记述窗耳叶蝉属（ＦｕｎｋｉｋｏｎｉａＫａｔｏ）２新种：台湾窗耳叶蝉（Ｆ．ｔａｉｗａｎａＣａｉｅｔＨｕａｎｇ）和浙江窗耳叶蝉（Ｆ．ｚｈｅａｎａＣａｉｅｔＨｕａｎｇ），同时记述１近缘新属扁耳叶蝉属（ＣｏｍｐｌａｎｌｅｄｒａＣａｉ）及新种扁耳叶蝉（Ｃ．ｃｏｍｐｌａｎａＣａｉｅｔＨｕａｎｇ）。新种分别发现于我国台湾、浙江和云南省。模式标本分别保存在中国科学院动物研究所和台湾自然科学博物馆。Two new species of the genus Funkikonia Kato,F.taiwana Cai et Huang and F.zheana Cai et Huang,and a new allied genus Complanledra Cai with a new species,C.complana Cai et Huang,are described in this paper.They were separately collected from Taiwan,Zhejiang and Yunnan Provinces of China.The type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology,Chinese Academy of Science and National Museum of Natural Science,Taiwan. 1.Funkikonia taiwana Cai et Huang,sp.nov.(Fig.1) Very similar to F.tuberculata (Kato),but the crown without dark fascia along anterior margin and the pronutum convexly ascendant from anterior margin to posterior margin higher than the latter. :Length 10 0 mm,incl.tegm.11 0 mm;width of head 2 7 mm,length of crown 1 7 mm;pronotal width 3 0 mm. Holotype ,Taiwan Hsien,2309 m,Tsui Feng,9.X.1995,H.T.Shih & F.S.Yen. 2.Funkikonia zheana Cai et Huang,sp.nov.(Fig.2) This species is easily separable from other known species of the genus by the long and narrow body. :Length 8 5 mm,incl.tegm.9 5 mm;width of head 2 0 mm,length of crown 1 5 mm;pronotal width 2 5 mm.The body is long and narrow. Holotype ,Zhejiang:Longwangshan,490 m,Anji,30.X.1995,Wuhong. 3 Complanledra Cai,gen.nov. Medium-sized leafhopper,body flat,light brunneus.Head spatulate and ventrally concave,median length of crown shorter than interocular width in male,the lateral margins straight in front of eyes and then oblique to apex,which is obtusely angulate.Eyes and ocelli prominent,ocelli situated in the line of anterior margin of eyes,nearer to each other than to eyes.Pronotum as long as crown,antero-laterally foveately depressed and declivous,with a shallow medial slit on apical part,lateral margins straight and parallel each other,posterior margin concavely sinuous.Scutellum moderately large,slightly shorter than pronotum in length.Forewings long and narrow,semihyaline,costal margin and inner margin parallel,veins raised in relief and reticulate,base of vein A 1 c
