摘  要:伸长初期对盆栽甘蔗进行连续30天干旱胁迫,观察生长表现,测定各参试品种的相关生理指标。然后复水保持正常生长直至成熟。结果表明:干旱引起叶片枯黄,枯黄率与甘蔗叶片膜脂过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量和质膜透性的变化趋势一致;干旱还使茎径变小,茎叶生长速度减慢,引起甘蔗早衰,严重时造成植株死亡,但有利于无效分蘖的早期消亡和后期糖份的积累;水份胁迫中,水份敏感型品种比水分钝化型品种具有更强的自身调节能力,复水后补偿生长力强,因此后期产量损失小。The growth performance and related physiological indexes of sugarcane varieties were investigated and determined by the means of water stress to the pot cultured canes for 30 days during their early stretch periods. And then rewatered and kept them under the normal growth conditions until their maturity. The results showed that drought withered the leaves and the withering rate was in the same tendency as the MDA content and plasma permeability of leavers; drought also caused the diameter of canes decrease, the growth rate of canes and leaves decline, premature senescence occur, serious drought could even kill the plants. But it facilitated the ineffective tillering withering away early and the sucrose accumulating in late period; water sensitive varieties had stronger self regulation ability than the passive ones, and its compensative growth ability was stronger than the latter when rewatered. So the loss of its yield was less in the mature period.
