环草石斛离体培养的研究

摘　　要：环草石斛当年生带腋芽茎段是获得再生植株的较佳材料，消毒处理以4—6min效果最好，腋芽在MS培养基上萌发生长最好，芽的继代增殖培养基为MS＋6-BA4．0mg,／L＋NAA0．2mg／L，芽的增殖系数达到3．8；1／2MS培养基中添加NAA0．5mg／L有利于生根壮苗，生根率迭100％。The 1 year-old stems with axiUary bud of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe was the best explant to induce the plantlets. The optimum sterilize time of the stems was 4 - 6 minutes. The suitable culture medium for the induction of the germination of the axiUary buds was MS. The subculture medium of plantlets was MS ＋ 4.0 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0.2 mg/L NAA, the coefficient of multiplication could reach 3.78. On the half strength MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.5 rag/L, the rooting rate can reach 100%.
