电场对辣根过物氧化酶紫外-可见光谱及其活性有效期的影响

摘  要:辣根过氧化物酶经电场处理,测试处理放置12 d辣根过氧化物酶的紫外-可见光谱和活性。结果表明:辣根过氧化物酶的紫外-可见光谱发生了明显变化,说明电场可以较长时间的影响酶蛋白的构象;辣根过氧化物酶活性普遍降低,酶活性降低可能是由酶构象的改变引起。研究结果对解释静电宏观生物效应具有重要意义。Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) was treated with different strength of electric field and then laid 12 day, Ultraviolet-Visible spectra of HRP and activity were measured. The results showed that Ultraviolet-Visible spectra changed obviously. Experimental results indicated that the conformation of HRP could be changed by electric field. The study also showed that the activity of HRP was decreased by the certain strength of electric field. The activity of enzymes decreasing might be caused by the conformation variations of HRP. The study had a important meaning to explain the macroseopical electrostatic biological effects.
