摘  要:无线电干扰是高压输电线路的重要环境影响因素,但其测量数据的统计性和易受环境影响的特性,使之成为一个复杂的电磁环境特征因子而为人们所关注。针对此一问题,根据无线电干扰特性以及限值的标准,结合其计算预测方法和相应的环保要求,分析了无线电干扰的测量统计特性和环境影响程度,尤其是1000kV特高压交流线路的无线电干扰的环境影响,提出了以符合双80%原则的取58dB为1000kV交流特高压线路的设计控制标准。Radio interference is the important environmental effect factor for high voltage transmission lines. But due to measurement statistical characteristic and easily affected by surrounding environment, it is attracted more attention whether the radio interference is appropriate to be characteristic factor of electromagnetic environment in the environmental impact assessment and final acceptance of construction for power transmission and transfer engineering. From the perspective of basic radio interference characteristics and the relative standards on limits, the paper combines with simulation forecasting methods and corresponding requirements on environmental protection, and more systematically analyzes measurement statistical characteristic and the degree of environmental impacts of radio interference. The radio interference limit of 58 dB which satisfies the principle for the 800/00/80% rule has become the criteria for the design control of 1000 kV UHV AC transmission lines. It is suggested that the radio interference needs to be considered as the factor of environmental impact assessment.
