摘  要:结合数字图像分析技术,提出了评价纤维砂浆抗裂性能的方法。自行设计一套模具,研究了聚丙烯纤维长度和掺量对砂浆抗裂性能的影响,并分析了纤维砂浆的抗裂机理。研究结果表明:聚丙烯纤维能显著降低水泥砂浆的早期塑性开裂,且随着纤维掺量和长度的增加,其抗裂性能增强。这一研究方法实现了纤维抗裂性能的定量表征,为聚丙烯纤维在砂浆及混凝土中的应用提供了参考。Combining with digital image analysis techniques, the method of evaluating cracking resistance of fibers of cement mortar was proposed.By designing a kind of mould for cracking resistance test, the effects of content and length of polypropylene fibers on cracking resistance of cement mortar were studied, and the machanism of plastic cracking reduction for fiber reinforced mortar was analyzed.The results indicate that, the addition of polypropylene fibers will improve the cracking resistance of cement mortar, and with the content and length of polypropylene fiber increased,the cracking resistance enhanced.And the research method can contribute to quantitative characterization of cracking resistance of fibers, and it will provide a reference for the application of cement mortar with concrete polypropylene fiber.
