摘  要:采用单因子试验设计,选择健康的鲤鱼鱼种(体质量为22.0±1.30g)为试验鱼,以全脂大豆粉替代鱼粉,大豆蛋白分别替代0.0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的鱼粉蛋白,配制6个等蛋白(可消化蛋白28%)、等能(可消化能14MJ·kg^-1)的半精制饲料,目的是探讨饲料中全脂生大豆粉替代鱼粉对鲤鱼生长、饲料利用和体组成的影响。结果表明,各组增重与饲料中鱼粉的比例正相关(P〈0.05)。当大豆蛋白分别替代20%、40%的鱼粉蛋白时,鲤鱼的增重率与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05),当大豆蛋白替代鱼粉蛋白达到60%~100%时,其增重率则显著低于对照组及其余各组(P〈0.05)。当达到80%~100%时,其蛋白质效率和饲料利用率则显著低于对照组及其余各组(P〈0.05)。适宜替代对鲤鱼常规肉质指标没有显著影响(P〈0.05)。其结果提示:本实验条件下。全脂生大豆蛋白对鱼粉蛋白的适宜替代量为40%~60%。Singleness factorial treatment was designed to evaluate the effect of replacing fish meal with soybean meal (SBM) on growth, feed utilization and carcass composition of Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) Fingerlings. The Common Carp fingerlings (initial body weight 22.0±1.30 g) were fed six isonitrogcnous (28% digestible protein) and isocaloric (14 MJ·kg^-1 digestible energy) semi-purified diets with soybean protein replacing 0.0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of fish meal protein in an 8-week trail. The results showed that weight gain were in a positive correlation with fish meal level. When the replacement level for fish meal protein with soybean protein was 20%, 40%, the weight gain were not significantly different from those of control (PM).05), but those of 60%-100% were significantly lower. When the replacement level was 80%-100%, protein efficiency ratio and feed utilization were significantly lower than those of control (P〈 0.05). Regular meat quality was not significantly influenced by optimum replacement level (P〈0.05). Employed in this study, 40%-60% of fish meal protein can be replaced by full-fat raw soybean protein in the diet of Common Carp.
