摘　　要：介绍标前施工现场调查、合理确定目标成本、细化合同管理和支付管理等四方面内容。指出在项目部的共同努力下,常州高架工程项目,通过计划、组织、控制和协调,实现了预订的目标成本和目标利润。There are 4 aspects of construction pretender field investigation, reasonable aim cost, clarifing contract management and payment management in this paper. With the joint efforts of the project department, Changzhou viaduct project has completed the preconcerted aim cost and profit during planning, organization, controlling and cooperation.
