乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与HBVDNA复制的关系及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HBV感染者血清中HBVM、HBVDNA、HBeAg与HBVPreS1-Ag的关系,为临床诊治提供有益的参考。方法采用ELISA法和荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术分别检测了288份血清中的HBVPreS1-Ag、HBeAg和HBVDNA水平。结果在HBV感染者血清中HBVPreS1-Ag与HBVDNA具有良好的平等关系,其阴/阳符合率均大于86.1%,两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05).HBV DNA和HBVPreS1-Ag阳性率均高于HBeAg,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论HBVPreS1-Ag与HBVDNA检出阳性率高度相关,HBVPreS1-Ag比HBeAg更能精确地反映HBV在人体内的感染和复制情况,动态监测HBVPreS1-Ag的变化对临床判断HBV治疗效果有重要价值。Objective To understand the relationship between the titre of HBVDNA or HBeAg and HBV PreSl antigen in patients with HBV infection. Methods The serologic HBeAg and HBV PreS1 antigen in 288 patients were detected by using ELISA. And the quantities of HBV in those cases were measured by using the real - time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results There was a good parallel relationship that HBeAg compared with HBVpreS1 antigen and HBVDNA respectively. Both of their positive and negative match rates were higher than 86. 1%. There was no significant defference between there （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The positive rate of HBVDNA and HBV PreS1 antigen were significantly higher than that of HBeAg （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are positive correlation between HBV PreS1 antigen and the quantities of HBV. Compared with HBeAg, HBV PreS1 antigen can reflect the situation of infection and replication of HBV in vivo more accurately. Clinical dynamic monitoring of HBV PreS1 antigen might be useful for evaluation of the therapeutic effect.
