摘 要:详细研究了有机胺品种、层板预撑态、水解度以及Cr加入量等制备因素对氧化铬层柱磷酸锆结构和性能的影响.用乙胺胶体化法制备的氧化铬层柱磷酸锆比表面积可高达482m2/g,而孔径集中在26nm附近.层板胶体化时表面磷酸根的适度水解有利于提高层柱产品的比表面积和形成规整的平板型层间孔.用TG,IR,XRD和N2吸附等温线方法研究了氧化铬柱子的形成过程和热稳定性.异丙醇脱水和异丙苯裂解反应结果表明,氧化铬层柱磷酸锆表面含有中强酸位或中强和弱酸位并存.氧化铬层柱磷酸锆对环己烷和乙苯脱氢反应较负载型催化剂Cr2O3/SiO2具有更高的催化活性.The major factors affecting the preparation of chromia pillared α zirconium phosphate, such as the type of organic amines, the preswelling status of the phosphate sheets, hydrolysis degree of HPO_4^(-2) and Cr(OAc) 3 concentration, were investigated in detail. A chromia pillared material with surface area of 482 m 2/g and narrow pore size distribution of ca 2 6 nm has been prepared by one step colloidization with ethylamine. A certain degree of hydrolysis of α ZrP in amine solution helps to obtain pillared materials with high surface area and narrow pore distribution. The formation and stability of the chromia pillars in the material were studied by TG, IR, XRD and N 2 adsorption desorption methods. Isopropanol dehydration and cumene cracking reactions on the pillared materials show that they have medium or both medium and weak acid sites on the surface. The chromia pillared catalyst is more active than ordinary Cr 2O 3/SiO 2 supported catalyst for dehydrogenation of cyclohexane and ethylbenzene.
