摘 要:目的探讨64层VCT(MSCT)后处理重建技术在手足关节疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对36例手、足关节病变行MSCT扫描,并进行后处理重建,重建技术有多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积再现(VR),分析病变情况。结果MPR对骨关节疾病细节显示良好,可以多平面观察骨密度、形态、范围,VR三维重建对病变观察直观、立体,MIP、SSD很好地显示病变的位置、范围及周围软组织情况。结论64层VCT后处理重建技术在手足关节疾病诊断中具有很高的应用价值。各种重建方法结合使用,对临床诊断和治疗具有重大指导意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice VCT reconstruction techniques on the diseases of joints of foot and hand. Methods Thirty-six patients with diseases of joints of foot and hand were undergone reconstruction with 64-slice VCT, including multiplanar reconstruction( MPR), maximum intensity projection( MIP), shaded surface display (SSD) and volume rendering ( VR), the results were analysed. Results MPR images demonstrated the details of the bones and joints, and displayed the density, shape and range. VR reconstruction showed the lesion directly and stereoscopically. MIP and SSD were'better in showing the location, range and surrounding soft tissues. Conclusion 64-slice VCT reconstruction techniques are effective method to diagnose the diseases of joints of foot and hand. Combination of all techniques of reconstruction has important values in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
