摘 要:基于水化物脱水相基胶凝材料制备原理,利用粉煤灰、磷石膏等制备了以C3AH6脱水相为主要成分的D0和以AFm脱水相为主要成分的D1两种混凝土膨胀剂,并测试了其膨胀性能.试验结果表明,D0和D1均能够达到JC 476-2001《混凝土膨胀剂》中所要求的水中限制膨胀率指标,D1膨胀剂的膨胀速率较快,28 d膨胀率较小;D0膨胀剂的膨胀速率较慢,28 d膨胀率较大,可达到0.058%.两种膨胀剂的主要原材料粉煤灰和脱硫石膏是电厂的两大宗副产品,其蒸汽养护及低温煅烧工艺可以梯级利用电厂发电的余热.Based on the preparation principle of cementitious materials of dehydrated hydrate phases two expansive agents for concrete, Do and D1, were prepared from industrial wastes including fly ash and phos-phogypsum. The main component of D0 and D1 are C3AH6 dehydrated hydrate phases and AFm dehydrated hydrate phases respectively. Expansion performance of the expansive agents was tested. The results show that both of the expansive agents can meet the limited expansion rate in water required for the expansive agent criteria, JC 476-2001, in China. The expansion rate of D1 is fast and the expansion rate at age of 28d is relatively low; the expansion rate of Do is slow and the expansion rate at age of 28 d is relatively high which reaches 0.058%. The main raw materials for these expansive agents, fly ash and desulfurized gypsum, are two staple by-products from power plant, and the waste heat from power plant can be sequentially utilized for wet steam curing and low-temperature calcination in their production process.
