摘  要:应用环保型发泡剂制备了硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,然后分别对影响其泡体结构和性能的因素(包括聚醚配合比、匀泡剂用量、催化剂用量等)进行了研究.结果表明:可通过改变催化剂有机锡用量来协调凝胶速率与发泡速率的匹配,从而调节泡体的结构及性能;聚醚配合比和匀泡剂用量等均对泡体结构及性能产生影响.Rigid polyurethane foam was made by environment friendly foaming agent. The factors which affect the structure and the property of rigid polyurethane foam were studied. The factors include the composition of polyether polyols, the amount of foam stabilizer and catalyst. Research results show that the match between gelatinizing and foaming rate could be achieved by changing catalyst(organotin) amount, and thus the structure and property of rigid polyurethane foam could be controlled. The results also indicate that the composition of polyether polyols, the amount of foam stabilizer could all affect the structure and property of rigid polyurethane foam.
