摘 要:目的比较几种显示新型隐球菌的组织病理学染色方法。方法采用苏木精-伊红染色(HE)法、PAS染色法、阿尔辛蓝染色法和六胺银染色法对我院尸体剖验的7例新型隐球菌病病例的肺、脑组织进行了染色。结果上述方法均可显示肺、脑组织中的新型隐球菌,其中在HE染色中,新型隐球菌呈现隐约的淡粉红,轮廓不很明显,较难发现;阿尔辛蓝法显示的新型隐球菌夹膜呈蓝色;PAS法显示的新型隐球菌呈紫红色;六胺银法显示的新型隐球菌呈黑褐色,菌壁四周深黑,中间为空白区,镜下极易辨认。结论六胺银法是显示新型隐球菌效果最好的方法。Objective To compare several histopathological staining methods in demonstrating Cryptococcus neoforman. Methods Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) method, periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) method, Alcian blue method and Grocott-Gomori' s methenamine silver method were carried out in the lung and brain tissue samples from 7 autoptical cases identified with Cryptococcus neoforman infection. Results All these methods demonstrated Cryptococcus neoforman infection, HE method showed unclear pink cell body which were difficult to be found. Alcian blue method displayed blue picture, and PAS method showed violet-red body, and Grocott- Gomori' s methenamine silver method presented clear dark black picture which was easy to be distinguished from other components. Conclusion Grocott-Gomori' s methenamine silver method is the best method in staining Cryptococcus neoforman.
