摘　　要：浮选法是二氧化碳气氛中,以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)为捕收剂,用溶剂浮选吸光光度法对离子缔合物(CTMA^+I_3^-)的组成进行测定。试验表明,方法有较高的灵敏度,较好的准确性和重现性。A UV-spectrophotometric method for the determination of total iodine in eggs is reported in this paper. The organoiodo compound in egg sample is first oxidized and transformed into inorganic form. The iodide is then determined by the solvent-floatation-absorptiophotometric method using CTMAB as collector which forms an ion-association complex with iodide, e. g. CTMA^+I^-_3. The ion-association complex is extracted into benzene under an atmosphere of CO_2. The absorbance is measured at 365nm using 1cm cell. The proposed method has a high sensitivity and proves to be good in accuracy and procision.
