摘　　要：介绍了弱视训练计算机管理系统的开发方法和应用体会。该系统运行环境为100M交换式以太网,使用TCP/IP协议,软件开发环境为Microsoft Visual Studio.NET中文版,采用多文档多菜单界面(MDI),以多用户进行统一管理。系统包括4个结构模块:斜弱视门诊检查结果记录和管理、训练计划制订和管理、训练结果记录和管理、数据查询与报表功能。在医院集成化管理网络上,以斜弱视护士和医生为用户端进行系统应用,体会包括:与传统手工记录训练结果相比,计算机管理模式让医生可以随时查阅阶段训练效果,便于及时调整训练方案;减少弱视训练的失访率;增加了弱视训练制订的科学性;完善了临床病例资料收集,有利于相关教学和科研工作的开展。The development and application of a computer management system for amblyopia training is introduced. The system includes： the program operating environment, development platform and the structure of the modules. The application system includes a comparison with traditional training manuals, a computer management model that allows doctors to readily examine the effect of each training stage, to facilitate the timely adjustment of training programs; reduce the rate of vision loss; increase the scientific formulation of amblyopia training; and improve the collection of information from clinical cases, making it conducive for teaching and related research work.
