摘　　要：从内源性绵羊肺腺瘤病毒(enJSRV)的基因结构特点、染色体中的分布、在绵羊肺腺瘤发生过程中的作用、孕体植入前的作用、对胎盘形成的影响等方面综述了enJSRV生殖生物学作用的最新研究进展,为哺乳动物内源性逆转录病毒生殖生物学领域的研究提供了新的思路。Advances in endogenous Jaagsiekte sheep retrovirus（enJSRV） were reviewed on genetic structure,location in chromosome,roles in the development of ovine pulmonary adenomatosis and periimplantation placental growth,and effect in the placenta formation,with the objective of providing new ideas to study the reproductive biology of endogenous retrovirus in mammal.
