摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不掺杂和掺杂铝离子、镧离子以及两种离子共掺杂的ZnO,并用X射线衍射(XRD),高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM),紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱对其进行了表征。用紫外灯作为光源,一定浓度的活性艳蓝X-BR溶液为光催化反应模型污染物,研究了各种离子掺杂ZnO的光催化性能,考察了掺杂量对降解率的影响。结果表明,镧离子和铝离子掺杂浓度为2 at%和3 at%的共搀杂ZnO的光催化性能最好;在室温下,加入催化剂浓度为0.1 g/L,降解时间为45 min时,对活性艳蓝X-BR溶液的降解率达到96.63%。Nanoparticles of ZnO doped with La3 + , A13 + , co-doped with La3 + and Al3+ were prepared by the sol-gel method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The photocatalytic performance of different ZnO particles was studied using ultraviolet lamp as illumination device and reactive brilliant blue X-BR as stimulant pollutant. The highest photoactivity was obtained at optimal concentration (2 at% La3+ and 3 at% Al3+ ). The degradation rate of reactive brilliant blue X-BR could get to 96.63% in 45 min at room temperature under the concentration of catalyst was 0. 1g/L.
