摘 要:针对传统往复泵结构复杂,排量、压力波动大等缺点,提出了一种双作用三直线电机往复泵。介绍了该往复泵的工作原理,提出了直线电机采用特定的等加速-匀速-等减速运动规律和120°或60°的运动相位,能使该种往复泵理论上实现"恒排量",讨论了2种运动相位时运动相位误差对往复泵排量波动的影响。研究结果表明,在给定相同运动规律和运动相位下,双作用三直线电机往复泵的排量不均匀度仅为单作用直线电机三缸往复泵的2/3;采用60°的运动相位时,双作用三直线电机往复泵的排量不均匀度仅为采用120°的运动相位时的3/4。计算表明,即使采用较低精度的控制系统,双作用三直线电机往复泵排量不均匀度也可以较容易地控制在5%以下,从而极大提高了往复泵的性能。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional reciprocating pump, such as complicated structure, big fluctuation of discharge and pressure, and so on, a kind of double-action tri-linear motor reciprocating pump was put forward. The operating principle of this reciprocating pump was introduced, that the reciprocating pump can achieve "constant rate of flow" in terms of theory, which adopt specific constant acceleration - constant speed - constant deceleration motion velocity characteristic and 120° or 60° motion phase, the influence of motion phase error on fluctuation of discharge was discussed when using 120° and 60° motion phase. The research results showed, based on the given same motion characteristic and phase, the fluctuating limit of discharge of double-function tri-linear motor reciprocating pump was only 2/3 of single-action linear motor triplex reciprocating pump, the fluctuating limit of discharge of the reciprocating pump with 60° motion phase was only 3/4 with 120° motion phase. Calculating example showed that, even if lower accuracy control system was used, the fluctuating limit of discharge of this reciprocating pump can be controlled easily below 5%. So, the performance of reciprocating pump can be improved greatly.
