热扩钢管静水压试验机的结构研究

摘　　要：由于热扩钢管外形参数的特殊性,在水压试验中密封和送料成为难题,目前的水压试验机无法满足其水压试验的要求。对普通钢管的3种密封方式进行比较,融合其优点设计了满足热扩钢管密封要求的密封头。同时对热扩钢管传送方式、加压方式及电气控制方式进行了论述。Because the contour parameter of expanding steel pipe is hotly particularity, the seal and the feeding become problem in the hydraulic pressure test, the present hydraulic pressure tester was unable to satisfy its hydraulic pressure test. After the comparison in line pipe＇s 3 seal ways, their features to design has satisfied expanding the steel pipe seal shell cover. Meanwhile the elaboration of heat transfer method, the compression way and the electric control way has been made.
