摘　　要：清管器发射和接收装置是油气运输管道清洗所必需的设备,其设计和制造质量对安全生产至关重要。介绍了该设备的工艺原理以及快开盲板、高压液体进出口位置和过球指示仪位置的设计准则。对特殊部位的焊接和制造公差提出了要求。该设备已在海上钻井平台成功应用,并有200多台出口到国外。Pig launcher-receiver is the must device in oil and gas pipeline cleaning, its design and manufacture quality are very important to the safety in production. The technology principle, design criterion of position of quick-opening blind plate for high pressure liquid import-export and through ball indicator were introduced. The requirement of welding technology and manufacture tolerance of main location was proposed. This device was succeeded in application on offshore drilling platform, and more than 200 sets were exported overseas.
