摘 要:针对智能电器的网络化发展趋势,提出一种基于以太网通信的断路器智能控制器的设计方案。以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心,并选用RTL8019AS进行以太网通信控制。重点讨论了以太网接口的硬件设计和以太网控制器驱动程序的设计,并详细分析了嵌入式操作系统平台μC/OS-Ⅱ下系统应用程序的设计方法。现场试验表明:在保护、测量功能的基础上,智能控制器实现了断路器直接的以太网通信,达到了设计规定的性能指标和要求,具有广阔的应用前景。Aiming at the networked developing tendency of intelligent electric apparatus, this paper introduced an intelligent Contronller for circuit breaker based on Ethernet communication. The design adopted TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, and chose RTL8019AS to control the communication. The hardware design of Ethernet interface and drive program design of Ethernet contronller were discussed. In addition,the design method of application program based on embedded operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ was analyzed. The results of industrial practice show that, with the functions of protecting and measuring, this system realizes the direct Ethernet communication and achieves the performances and the demands set in design,it has bright future of application.
