摘　　要：从PLC I/O控制与PLC通讯两个功能出发,充分利用两者的优点,结合橡塑行业的具体要求,设计出了混炼设备控制系统。通过PLC I/O控制实现了设备的PID温度控制、气缸动作控制以及系统报警控制;通过PLC通讯实现了系统上位PC与下位设备的信息传递、PLC与变频器的信息传递,并由此实现了电机的动作控制。实践证明:该系统具有操作简单、控制敏捷和性能稳定的特点。PLC I/O control and PLC communication were considreed as two main functions of PLC, making full use of the advantages of the two functions and set base on the specific requirements of the rubber mixing machine control system. This paper preseted mixing machine control system design process and the optimizing thinking in detail. It focused on the application and word principle of PLC in the control system. This paper is of high maneuverability and control agility and stability.
