摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定羟乙桂胺乳膏中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HP-ODS,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),检测波长为276nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL·min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:羟乙桂胺检测浓度的线性范围为0.05～4μg·mL-1,平均回收率为99.97%(RSD=0.80%)。结论:本方法检测灵敏、准确,可用于测定羟乙桂胺乳膏中主药的含量。OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of main component in idrocilamide ointment. METHODS： The samples were separated on HP- ODS column with column temperature maintained at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （65 ： ：35） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 The detection wave-length was set at 276 nm and the injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS： The linear range of idroeilamide was 0.05-4μg·mL^-1, the average recovery rate was 99.97% （RSD =0.80%） . CONCLUSION： This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of main component in idrocilamide ointment.
