建立社区护理代办处对婴儿计划免疫接种率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨建立社区护理代办处对社区婴儿计划免疫接种率的影响。方法在社区建立社区护理代办处并对育龄妇女和孕产妇以户为单位实施计划免疫宣传教育;采取整群抽样的方式对社区6个月至1岁婴儿计划免疫接种率进行2次问卷调查,比较社区护理代办处建立前后婴儿计划免疫疫苗接种率和计划免疫建卡率。结果社区护理代办处建立后,婴儿的卡介苗、麻疹疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破疫苗和乙肝疫苗接种率以及计划免疫建卡率(分别为94.4%,97.6%,99.2%,88.9%,86.5%和93.7%)显著高于建立前(分别为86.0%,73.6%,93.4%,76.0%,71.9%和83.5%)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论建立社区护理代办处有利于提高社区婴儿计划免疫接种率,并能规范计划免疫接种程序。Objective To investigate the effect of social work agency on babies＇s inoculation rates of planned immunization vaccine. Methods Social work agency was built up and education on babies＇s planned immunization for childbearing and pregnant women was conducted. Inoculation rates of planned immunization vaccine in babies between 6 months and 1 year were investigated before and after the establishment of social work agency, and the results were compared. Results After the establishment of social work agency, babies＇s inoculation rates of bacille calmette guerin （BCG） vaccine, measles vaccine, poliomyelitis vaccine, pertussis diphtheria tetanus （PDT） vaccine, B-type hepatitis vaccine and rates of building planned immunization card increased from former 86.0%, 73.6%,93.4%,76.0%,71.9%, and 83.5%respectively to later 94.4%,97.6%,99.2%,88.9%,86.5%, and 93.7% respectively, and the differences were significant （P〈0.05,P%0.01）. Conclusion Social work agency as a new community care center, can increase babies＇s inoculation rates of planned immunization vaccines.
