摘　　要：近几年来,党中央国务院颁布一系列的政策法规和文件来推进社会主义新农村建设。新农村建设在取得了重大成就的同时,也隐藏着一些社会问题。社会工作者作为高素质专业人员,对于发现和解决新农村建设中出现的社会问题有着不可替代的作用。因此从多维度分析社会工作者如何介入新农村建设并发挥积极作用已成为当前的一大课题。In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and State Council promulgated a series of policies and regulations and related documents to facilitate the building of new socialist countryside. The new construction in rural areas has made significant achievements now, but at the same time, there are many hidden social problems. The social workers find that as high-quality professionals, they play an irreplaceable role. From the multidimensional analysis of the social workers in intervening new socialist countryside construction and playing a positive role has now become a major issue.
