摘　　要：南昌高校大学生参与志愿者服务的比例比较高,参与动机多元化,参与方式比较单一,学校起主导作用,活动内容比较集中,志愿者对活动的社会影响评价积极。志愿者活动仅仅只是一种体验,不要把志愿者看成特别的人。The volunteers＇ activities of Nanchang higher education institutions are high Rate, Method of participating is simplify, University is principal dement.
