沙棘油中甾醇组分的分析

摘　　要：用气相色谱对沙棘油中的甾醇含量及组成进行了定性定量分析，结果表明不同品种、不同生产工艺所得沙棘油中的甾醇的含量各不相同。The sterol composition and content of some seabuckthorn oils were anal-yzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography(GC). The results indicated that the different source of the raw materials and the oil processing technologies can lend to different sterol composition and content in seabuckthorn oil.
