摘　　要：目的观察前列腺增生组织中炎症存在的情况及炎症对前列腺增生症患者症状的影响。方法观察前列腺增生症开放或电切的患者30例，手术前进行前列腺症状评分，切除的前列腺标本进行石蜡切片，苏木素-伊红（HE）染色和免疫组织化学检测CD3、CD20、CD68分别显示B淋巴细胞，T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞。病理科医师进行前列腺组织的炎症评分。将前列腺症状评分和组织炎症评分进行相关分析。结果所有前列腺增生症标本中都存在不同类型的炎症细胞浸润，前列腺炎症普遍存在。前列腺炎症的组织学评分与症状评分呈显著正相关（r=0．4586，P〈0．05）。结论前列腺增生组织内炎症普遍存在，且与前列腺增生症症状密切相关。Objective To explore inflammation in the prostatic tissue of BPH, and the effect of inflammation on the symptom of BPH. Methods From October 1998 to October 2003,30 cases of BPH patients in our department were enrolled in this study. International prostate score of symptom （IPSS） was evaluated pre-operatively. Samples of prostate were collected post-operatively, and then applied to paraffin embedded, sectioned as well as immunohistochemistry for CD3, CD20 and CD68 to show B lymphatic cell, T lymphatic cell and macrophage cell. 5 donator prostates were also used as a control. Inflammation score （IS） were evaluated by 2 pathologists separately. Results Every section from BPH patients showed inflammatory cells infiltration. IS was positively correlated with IPSS. Conclusion Inflammation is prevalent in BPH tissues,and is a related factor of the symptom of BPH （ r = 0. 4586,P 〈 0.05 ）.
