β-PbO八面体微晶结构的电化学还原法制备

摘  要:以硝酸铅溶液与盐酸为原料,利用电化学还原法合成了β-PbO八面体微晶。研究了电流密度和氯离子对产物形貌的影响,并对β-PbO八面体生长机理进行了探讨。结果表明:配备0.005mol/L的硝酸铅溶液,加盐酸调节其pH值为2~3,电流密度为(15~20)×10-3A/cm2,反应4min,通过电化学还原制备的产物为β-PbO八面体微晶,八面体边长为2~3μm,形状规则、表面光滑。氯离子的引入有利于PbO八面体的生成。Microcrystalline β-PbO octahedrons were synthesized by electrochemical reduction method with the lead nitrate solution and hydrochloric acid as raw materials. The morphologies and structures of products were characterized with powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive analysis system of X-ray. The influences of the current density and chlorine ion on the morphologies of products were studied. The growth mechanism offl-PbO octahedrons was also discussed.The results show that the microcrystalline β-PbO octahedrons can be produced using electrochemical reduction with 0.005 mol/L of Pb(NO3)2 solution (the pH value of solution is 2-3 adjusted by adding hydrochloric acid), (15-20)×10^-3A/cm^2 of current density and 4 min of reduction time. The length of side of β-PbO octahedrons is 2-3 p.m. The introduction of chlorine ion is propitious to the growth of PbO octahedrons.
