摘 要:分别用0.02mmol/L、0.05mmol/L、0.1mmol/L、0.5mmol/L、1mmol/L、5mmol/L等不同浓度的水杨酸溶液浸种芜荽种子,测定芜荽种子的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、发芽指数和幼苗生长状况,分析水杨酸浸种对芜荽种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。实验结果表明。SA浓度在0.05~0.5mmoL/L之间时,芫荽种子的发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和活力指数均提高。但芫荽幼苗的平均鲜重、主根长、芽长均低于对照组。说明SA浓度在0.05~0.5mmol/L之间时是处理芜荽种子的适宜浓度。Coriander seeds ( Coriandrum sativum L. ) were placed in Petri dishes in the laboratory conditions and soaked by salicylic acid solution (SA). The concentrations of SA were 0.02mmol/L, 0.05mmol/L, 0. lmmol/L, 0. 5mmol/L, 0. lmmol/L, 5mmol/L respectively. The effects of soaking were analyzed by the determinations of germination potential, germination rates, activity index, and germination index, growth of seedling and activity of α - amylase. The results showed that SA soaking of the appropriate concentration contributed significantly to germination. The germination rates, seed germination potential and seedling growth were im- proved compared to the control group. It was also showed the optimum concentration was 0.05mmol/L - 1 mmol/L. Germination index and activity index were improved when the SA concentration is 0.05 mmol/L -0.5mmol/L. Fresh weight, bud length and length of main root were lower than the control group. But compared to the control group, the seedlings grew more neatly. To sum up, the best SA concentration to improve seed germination and seedling growth ranged from 0.05mmol/L to 0.5mmol/L.
