摘  要:目的观察核因子-κB(NF-κB)在大鼠腹主动脉瘤(AAA)发病过程中的变化规律。方法采用灌注法制备大鼠AAA模型,实验组采用猪胰弹力酶灌注,对照组采用生理盐水灌注,免疫组织化学法观察NF-κB的阳性变化,计算机图像分析仪分析其变化规律。结果与对照组相比,实验组AAA形成明显,与之相对应的NF-κB于术后7d表达至高峰状态,并持续至14d才逐渐衰减。结论NF-κB的表达变化与AAA的发生发展过程相吻合,说明NF-κB可能在介导AAA的形成中发挥作用。[ Objective ] To study the variability of NF-κB in abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) pathogenesis in rats. [ Methods ] Rat infrarenal AAA models were achieved via infusion. Porcine pancreatic elastase was infused in treated group and saline was infused in control group. The change of NF-κB was detected by immunohistochemistry and was analyzed by computer image analysis. [ Result ] AAA was formatted obviously after infused in treated group compared to control group. The peak value of NF-κB expression was present on 7 days after infused and attenuated slowly until 14 days after infused (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] The changing of NF-κB expression is parallel to AAA pathogenesis. It suggested that NF-κB may affect on AAA formation.
