摘  要:目的探讨腰椎髓核MRI图像的三维重建及其测量方法,以及对髓核假体置换术的参考价值。方法正常者腰椎进行MRI薄层扫描成像,得到扫描图像。将MRI图像导入软件,合理选择阈值,选定感兴髓核趣区域范围,进行图像初步分割;然后分别对冠状面、矢状面、横断面的感兴趣区域进行修剪、编辑,完成图像的准确分割。通过Mimics软件计算出髓核的三维模型,并完成各髓核三维模型的跌代计算,进行模型表面的光滑处理。结果图像分割结果理想,3D髓核模型上测量的矢径、横径、高度、角度与MRI图像上的测量相近,结论MRI图像可建立正常腰椎髓核立体解剖结构,为临床髓核假体选择提供更直接的影像学资料,可实现患者个体化假体的定制,具有较大的临床价值。[Objective ] To explore the method and value of nucleus pulposus 3- dimensional reconstruction techniques via MRI images. [ Methods ] Normal lumbar underwent thin slice scan with MRI. The obtained images were processed through over lapping reconstruetion consequently. Then through soft were functions 3- dimensional reconstruction was completed. By rotation of a 3- dimensional image to observe it at any angle, we could make the clear stereo figure of the nucleus pulposus. [Results] A 3D digitizing nucleus pulposus model was successfully reconstructed by this method. The three dimensional reconstruction image could be rotated , cut and was easy to measured. [ Conclusion ] The 3- dimensional image can be a supplement of an axial and 2-dimensional MRI image of lumbar nucleus pulposus. And it is an important guidance in making appropriate nucleus pulposus prosthesis even individual nucleus pulposus prosthesis design before the operation of PDN surgery.
