摘 要:为了探讨不同品种板栗对栗疫菌Cp-毒素胁迫响应的差异,应用叶圆片法,研究板栗不同抗性品种叶片经栗疫菌毒素Cp-处理后对其过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等防御酶活性的影响。结果显示:Cp-毒素浓度低于100μg/mL时处理板栗叶片,能提高上述保护性酶的活性,其中抗病品种北峪2号活性变化幅度最大,CAT、APX、PAL活性分别为对照的4.36、2.19、3.98倍;Cp-毒素处理浓度达到200μg/mL时,破坏了板栗叶片中的抗氧化酶系,酶活性明显下降,并显著低于对照。此外,抗病品种酶活性高于中抗品种和感病品种;防御酶的活性与品种抗病性之间呈正相关,毒素作用后防御酶活性的变化可作为衡量板栗抗病性强弱的指标。In order to clarify the difference responses of different chestnut cultivars to Cp-toxin stress, the method of excised leaf test was used to study the effect of Cp-toxin from Cryphonectria parasitica ( Murr. ) Barr on Castanea mollissima Blume, especially on its protective enzymes activities of the enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX). The results showed that the activities of the protective enzymes increased notably and the change extent of the enzymes activities of the resistant variety was the largest when the Cp-toxin concentration was lower than 100 μg/mL, and CAT, APX, PAL activities were 4.36, 2.19, 3.98 times of the control respectively. Finally, the antioxidant enzyme system was damaged , the protective enzyme activities decreased and were significantly lower than that of the control (P 〈0.01 ) when the treatment concentration of Cp-toxin was up to 200 μg,/mL. The defense enzyme activities were positively correlated the resistance to the chestnut blight, and the enzyme activities after inoculation could be used as the criterion to evaluate the disease resistance.
