摘  要:根据聚酰亚胺基银复合薄膜的DMTA曲线数据,运用JRG-群子统计力学理论进行计算,得到ODPA/ODA基聚酰亚胺银复合薄膜的群子参数K、R1、R2。从而考查出R1R2/K与薄膜的动态力学性能的关系,为以后的实验作出了一定的理论指导。Functional materials for aerospace which main include polyimide has become the new hot spot of re- search. Based on polyimide-based composite film of silver curve of the DMTA data, the sub-cluster parameters K, R1, R2 of the ODPA / ODA-based polyimide composite film of silver were obtained, by the calculation using JRG sub-cluster statistics theory. The relationship between R1R2/K and dynamic mechanical properties of thin-film was examined, which could serve as a theoretical guidance for future experiments in a certain degree.
