摘　　要：介绍了一种低成本的音视频监控系统的电路设计方法与实现过程。首先,PC机通过RS485总线对各个教室的摄像头和云台进行控制。然后,摄像头采集视频,MIC采集音频并经对数放大器处理后传送至矩阵切换器,经矩阵切换器选择后传输到PC机分时显示和播放。This paper introduces the design methods and realization process of a low cost system used for monitoring college English self-learning. First, the vidicons and pan-tilts, which are located in every classrooms, are controlled by PC through RS485 bus. Then the video signal acquired with vidicons and the audio signal acquired with MICs are transferred to matrix switcher after processed by the logarithmic amplifiers. Subsequently, all the video and audio signals are transmitted to PC for time-sharing display and playing.
