天平调节装置连杆机构分析

摘　　要：运用微机对清棉机天平调节装置的连杆机构进行了理论计算和运动分析，得出了杠杆效应的变化规律，探讨了减小杠杆效应变化幅度及提高棉卷均匀度的途径。By using computer this paper makes the theoretical calculation and motion analysis of the transmission magnifying mechanism (connecting rod mechanism)of the pedal roller evenness regulator on the scutcher, obtains the varying law of its lever effect, analyses and discusses the way to decrease the changing range of the lever effect and improve the evenness of the lap.
