摘 要:椭圆齿轮机构的重要传动特征是当主动轮做等速转动时,从动轮会随之作特定规律的变速转动。这一特性恰能满足普通机构所难以实现的某些特殊运动要求,在特殊机械设计中具有重要意义。文中针对椭圆齿轮机构的传动特性,进行了理论分析及设计方法的研究,以椭圆齿轮在槽轮机构中的应用为例,对其进行了设计计算分析,结果显示,将椭圆齿轮机构应用于槽轮机构中,通过椭圆齿轮驱动拨盘变速转动,可以实现滑板的近似等速移动,可以提高机构的运动质量。The important transmission characteristics of elliptic gear mechanism is that while the driving gear is rotating with a uniform speed, the driven gear will thereupon doing a variable speed rotation with specially designated regularity. This characteristic would just satisfy certain requirements of particular movement that would be difficult to achieve by ordinary mechanisms, and it possesses important significance in the design of special machineries. Directed against the transmission characteristic of the elliptic gear mechanism, this paper carried out theoretical analysis and research of the designing method. Then take the application of elliptic gear mechanism in sheave wheel mechanism as an example, the design calculation of this mechanism was presented. The results showed that in the grooved wheel mechanism, the elliptic gear can be adopted to drive the driver plate, then the approximate uniform motion of the driver plate can be carried out and the movement quality can be improved.
